How did the club get started?
Shaunti Bains was nearly six when she suggested to her grandma that she start a club for kids who want to help First Steps. She decided that the club should be called “Pitter Pats.” The name comes from the idea that the pitter pat of little feet are getting involved to help hungry children in North Korea.
